We ship worldwide from our atelier in Jaipur, India — home of the artisans who craft every piece. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver to you.
Shipping is free. Everywhere. No minimum.
Every order ships free worldwide via FedEx Priority with full door-to-door tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.
No customs. No duties. No surprises.
All prices are fully inclusive — customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. Your parcel arrives at your door with nothing owed.
How long it takes
Ready-to-Ship pieces dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and arrive in:

Made-to-Order pieces are crafted specifically for you by our artisans, which adds 5–7 days to the timelines above. We'll email you the moment your piece leaves our workshop.
If your package is delayed or lost
We track every shipment until it reaches you. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, write to us at help@pratapsons.com — we'll immediately open an investigation with FedEx. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never carry the cost of a parcel that didn't arrive.
