Our promise on defects — before anything else

Every piece is hand-inspected before dispatch. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email photos to help@pratapsons.com within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund to your original payment method — including all shipping, at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.

Changed your mind? (Ready-to-Ship items)

Not the right fit? Ready-to-Ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

To start a return, email help@pratapsons.com with your order number — we'll respond within 1 business day with your return instructions. A flat USD 30 return shipping fee applies for sending items back to our warehouse in India, deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued within 7 working days of your item reaching us and passing inspection.

Made-to-Order & stitched pieces

Each Made-to-Order piece is cut and crafted for your measurements — it can't return to our shelves, so these are not eligible for return or exchange. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them; after that, our artisans have begun work. Please check our size guide before ordering — and if you're between sizes, write to us first at help@pratapsons.com. We answer sizing questions within 1 business day.

Clearance items

Clearance pieces are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange. Defective-on-arrival items are always covered by our defect promise above, clearance included.
